To get better at climbing, you need to understand a lot about what makes us good climbers and make decisions about your own priorities for improving.

It isn’t always possible to manage this by yourself because you need access to demonstration of the skills you need to learn, the detailed principles of how to go about improving, objective analysis of your own priorities and time and energy to digest all this information. You can use a coach to direct your efforts and allow you to focus on the process of doing the work and enjoying the results.

I offer coaching to climbers of any ability and experience in whatever aspect you want to work on. My coaching is flexible and can take any form you need really, but consists of different levels of advice:

• Group masterclass sessions. Full details
• One to one coaching. Full details
• E-mail training program. Full details
• Occasional masterclass events at major climbing walls. See below for details of upcoming masterclasses
